Just doing a little back-of-the-envelope figurin', let's say we'll run the small generator at full capacity four days straight (96 hours), and the big generator 4 hours each day (16 hours total) for Edwin's toys.
96 x 0.158 = 15.2 gallons
16 x 0.275 = 4.4 gallons
So worst case we probably need around 20 gallons of gasoline. I think Academy has 6-gallon gas cans; I'll grab a few of those.
TODO: investigate whether sound baffling is necessary
And now, power usage!
1KW Generator (assuming we get our hands on it and get it running)
Full load (900W): 0.158 gallons/hour
1/4 load (225W): 0.072 gallons/hour
This will be dedicated to running the radio station. Projected load:
| Component | Lo | Hi |
| 40W Transmitter | 23W | 40W |
| Mac Mini w/flat screen | 46W | 59W |
| Mixing Board | ||
| Small Fan (ea.) | 13W | 15W |
| Tiki & Parrot light strings (ea.) | 9.5W | |
| Flower light strings (ea.) | 7W |
2KW Generator
Full load (1600W): 0.275 gallons/hour
1/4 load (400W): 0.073 gallons/hour
Edwin's compressor saturates the big generator all by itself, but it should only need to be pressurized once per day.
| Item | Lo | Hi |
| Small shop fan | 60W | 90W |
| Large shop fan | 160W | 230W |
| Compressor | 1575W | 1680W |
| Console (Standby) | 90W | |
| Console (blower) | 200W | 400W |
| Console w/Tesla | 200W | 2000W |
